We will provide you with rollers which are suited to belt conveyor TD75. The parameters about the roller’s body, plate, hub and spindle are all defined through computer. According to their carrying capacity, the rollers are classified as light, moderate and heavy duty and each has different structure. Cast-welding structure can be used to rollers with large twisting moment. The rollers are welded with CO2 guarantee welding and submerged-arc welding. Welded seam is tested by ultrasonic and X-ray. The surface of the roller is vulcanized and latex-cast into herringbone and conical grooves. The roller and spindle are connected by key connecting or expansion. They are tested on static balance in order that the rotary resistance will be the lowest. Roller bearing seat is combination structure, which is easy to maintain.
